​Valerie is a member of the Full Potential Partners team, based in London. She joined Montagu as Risk and Compliance Director in 2022 from Mundipharma, where she spent 2 years designing their global Compliance programme. Prior to this, she spent 12 years working across multiple functions in GSK, leading risk and compliance programmes and operational delivery. Previously, she held global positions in Masterfoods and P&G. She has a BSc in Management Science with Computing from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
