Tom is the Deputy Director for Criminal Finances and Asset Recovery in the Home Office, with responsibility for the Proceeds of Crime Act and subsequent economic crime acts; the criminal elements of the Government’s anti-money laundering policy and strategy; and asset recovery policy. Prior to this Tom has worked in national security areas across government.
