Tina leads Shell’s International Trade Regulation team. The team is responsible for advising on and managing trading and supply related sanctions, export controls, and customs risks. Prior to joining Shell, Tina was bp’s lead international trade attorney, where she managed the international trade global compliance team, and was responsible for ABC and AML legal support for the Middle East & Africa.

Tina previously held roles in the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security & State where she was a representative on President Obama’s Export Control Reform Initiative, managed an export controls technology policy team, and served as a head of delegation to multilateral trade controls negotiations. Tina also previously worked for Microsoft in China, and as a Senior Manager for Risk Advisory at Deloitte.
