Tarana Baghirova is OSCE’s human trafficking financial investigations lead with over 15 years of international experience in coordinated policy development and program management on issues related to crime prevention with a key focus on combating human trafficking and related crimes. She has been supportingh a number of FIUs and financial institutions in developing human trafficking dedicated partnership and a guidance. Tarana also leads OSCE’s work on technology facilitated trafficking with a prime focus on sexual exploitation of adults and children facilitated and enabled by technology the area in which OSCE has been a champion in driving the international agenda and guiding national responses.
