Tapan is an England and Wales qualified solicitor with over 20 years’ experience, specialising in white collar crime, internal investigations and compliance. He is currently employed by ABB, a technology leader in electrification and automation, as the Head of Integrity, Regulatory Affairs and Data Privacy for the Process Automation Business Area. Tapan also holds quasi-judicial roles as a Legally Qualified Chair of police misconduct hearings and is on the English Football Association judicial panel.  

Tapan has previously worked for Nokia Corporation in several senior investigations and compliance roles. Before that he was a prosecutor and investigator with the UK Serious Fraud Office.
