Steve is a professional Risk Director with specialisms in Financial Crime, Cyber, Operational Resilience, Investigations, Risk Governance and Audit, he has 20 years experience leading teams and change across Asset Management (including Real Estate), Insurance and Banking, responsible for supporting and overseeing teams in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia.

Steve is the Operational Sponsor of our Operational Sponsor project, which includes building the framework, overseeing the project and taking artefacts to the Board.

Steve is passionate about diversity and inclusion and he is on the Aviva Investors D&I Steering Group. He is also currently working on my International Coaching Federation Accreditation.

Steve is involved with a number of industry fora across cyber, operational resilience and financial crime, and he has been privileged to speak at a number of industry events including the Cambridge Economic Crime Symposium, AMLP Conference and the e-crime conference, and have been interviewed by newspapers, radio and TV on the topic of investment scams.
