Stanley Ude

About

Mr Ude Stanley is a Nigerian Police Officer currently the Deputy Head of INTERPOL National Central Bureau, Abuja. He has put in over thirty years of service after graduating from the Nigeria Police Academy, in 1991. He has a vast law enforcement experience having served in various capacities in his three decades of policing career.

Between 1991 and 2005 he served in local police departments supervising beats and investigations. He has a very rich Policing experience on international matters. In 2005/2006 he served with United Nations Peace Keeping Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) as a mentor before proceeding to join INTERPOL as a Regional Specialised officer working on Financial and High Tech Crimes.

In 2012 Mr Ude moved over to INTERPOL General Secretariat where he served as a Criminal Intelligence Officer dealing with issues of Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption and Asset Recovery.

He is a certified INTERPOL Trainer and Speaker and has participated in several cross-border operations targeting organised Criminal networks.

Mr Ude is a holder of a Masters’ Degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution and is a member of several International Law Enforcement Forums including the Anti-Money Laundering Practitioners Forum (AMLP).
