He has designed and implemented a brand new assurance offering tailored to identification, mapping and adherence to applicable Laws, Rules & Regulations (LRR) alongside existing Enterprise and Operational Risk, Policies and Controls frameworks, created diverse and inclusive cultures, focussing on people/skills development, well-being and succession; consistently achieved top quartile employee survey results; resulting in high internal demand for assurance skill sets and internal mobility (as opposed to external attrition), provided Expert Witness services (incl Court cross-examination); supported national and local law enforcement agencies with admissible evidence submissions.
