Dr Sam Healy is QinetiQ Group Director ESG (Environmental Social Governance), responsible for ESG strategy and the delivery of a broad range of programmes across the QinetiQ Group including climate change, ethics, community investment, and ESG stakeholder engagement. She trained as a geophysicist and has had a number of roles including research, strategy and leading a team delivering environmental research and advice for defence projects. She is recognised as a QinetiQ Fellow for her contribution to sustainability. Sam is Chair of the ADS Sustainability Working Group and is a Board Director of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS), focusing on the continued professional development of CR&S practitioners.
