Roland joined Transparency International EU in October 2021 as Senior Policy Officer working on illicit financial flows. Previously he has worked in the European Parliament on budgetary control, anti-corruption and foreign affairs in MEP offices. He also worked on anti-corruption issues and social policy in Budapest. He holds BA degrees in Russian Studies and International Studies from Hungary. He obtained his double degree MA from University College London and Jagiellonian University in Krakow, studying Central European Studies.
