Roberto currently works at European Investment Bank as EIB Group Chief Compliance Officer since May 2023. Previously Roberto worked from September 2022-April 2023: European Investment Bank as Deputy EIB Group Chief Compliance Officer. From January 2016-August 2022 Roberto worked for the European Investment Fund; as Head of Compliance / Chief Compliance Officer.

From September 2007-December 2015 Roberto worked for European Investment Fund; as Principal Compliance Officer.
From February 2007-September 2007 Roberto worked for UBS Luxembourg; as Senior Group Internal Auditor. From January 2006-February 2007 Roberto worked at Hottinger & Co Luxembourg; as Head of Compliance. Previous to this in October 1998-December 2005 Roberto worked at Deloitte Luxembourg; as Manager, Audit Assurance & Advisory in the banking sector.

Roberto  has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Institut Commercial de Nancy (ICN).
