Prior to his election, Phil spent almost 15 years preventing and tackling financial crime – bribery, corruption and tax evasion – at two major banks. In Parliament he sits on the Foreign Affairs Committee, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and has particular interests in international issues, access to nature and all forms of financial crime.
