Pascal Prache is the Head of the National Financial Public Prosecutor’s Office (Parquet National Financier – PNF) in France. Appointed in 2026, he leads France’s specialist prosecution office responsible for investigating and prosecuting complex financial crime, including corruption, fraud, tax evasion, market abuse, and international bribery. Before joining the PNF, he held senior prosecutorial and leadership roles within the French Ministry of Justice, including serving as Public Prosecutor in Nanterre, Rouen, and Agen, and as Director of Judicial Services. He is recognised for his expertise in economic and financial crime, judicial reform, and international prosecutorial cooperation.
