Matt Touzel is the Strategic Lead for Money Service Businesses (MSB) in HM Revenue & Customs AML / CFT supervision.

Matt is responsible for building the MSB sector picture of risk; identifying and prioritising how those risks are targeted or mitigated.

Matt has an extensive operational background in tackling serious organised criminality and illicit finances and has built and maintains a professional understanding of Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and AML / CFT regulatory risks faced by the sector.
