Maria is a strong and motivational leader with a diverse skill set and range of abilities. Having developed her career in Government as a social researcher, she went on to develop and deliver policy and operational projects within a programme environment. More recently Maria expanded her experience by working in customer, policy and strategy facing roles before returning to analysis to lead a large multi-disciplinary team. Maria is a clear communicator who is experienced in working directly with senior leaders and Ministers, engaging and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, gaining their respect and influencing and challenging them accordingly. Maria has demonstrable experience of using and presenting complex data and evidence to a variety of audiences to deliver change and drive improvement in the quality of service.
