Malin specialises in advising clients on international standards and emerging regulation within business and human rights, incl. in interface with climate and other sustainability areas, including sustainable finance. Long experience from advising the full range of business organizations (from corporate boards, to local work sites) on all matters within the business and human rights field across all continents; from policy to practice; from internal risk management to external communication and handling of criticism and formal allegations of human rights abuse; from culture building to assurance processes. She is a regular panel speaker and lecturer in business and human rights. Commercial and practical approach building on 10+ years’ experience as M&A lawyer. She is a member of the ICC International Commission on Corporate Responsibility & Anti-Corruption.
