Luke leads one of OFSI’s Enforcement branches. The Enforcement team’s work includes investigating and assessing potential breaches of financial sanctions, taking enforcement action as appropriate, and promoting compliance through engagement with industry and stakeholders. Luke was previously as a Senior Sanctions Advisor in OFSI and has a background in corporate investigations and operational policing.
