Linda Urgosova is currently the Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at Wynn Mayfair, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Linda served in various roles within the gaming and compliance sectors, including AML Manager and Deputy MLRO at Crown London Aspinalls, where they worked from 2007 to 2025. Linda co-founded UK Dance Connexion in 2017 and has gained extensive experience as a croupier and casino dealer at several establishments. They hold multiple certifications in compliance and leadership, including a diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the ICA International Compliance Association.
