Lana Schwartzman is VP of Global Regulatory & Compliance Strategy at Notabene, with nearly 20 years across Web3, digital assets, fintech, and TradFi. She’s built and led BSA/AML/Sanctions programs, MSB/MTL licensure strategies, internal audits, and independent reviews for crypto firms and financial institutions. Previously, Lana served as Chief Compliance Officer at two crypto companies and spent seven years in Grant Thornton’s regulatory advisory practice after roles at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. A recognized subject matter expert, she is CAMS-certified and holds ACAMS Virtual Currency and Chainalysis certifications, as well as Notabene’s Travel Rule Fundamentals. She’s frequently invited to speak at ACAMS, ACFCS, and industry conferences.
