Kurt Rowe is Group Head of Financial Crime and UK & International Head of Data Protection at Intact, and serves as Data Protection Officer for RSA in the UK. He is responsible for setting and delivering financial crime and data protection strategy across the Intact Group, providing senior oversight of AML, ABC, sanctions, and privacy risk across multiple jurisdictions. Kurt is a senior member of the RSA Compliance and Risk team and matrix-reports to both UK and Group Chief Compliance Officers.

A qualified Solicitor with over 25 years’ experience in the insurance sector, Kurt brings deep expertise in legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, delivering commercially focused solutions to complex cross-border and regulatory challenges.
