Keith M. Rosen is Co-Head of Global Investigations and US Head of Risk Advisory at Norton Rose Fulbright. His practice focuses on FCPA and cross-border corporate investigations, white-collar criminal defense, False Claims Act matters, Congressional investigations and ABC compliance. He advises companies through complex multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional investigations across sectors including aviation, energy and healthcare. Keith previously spent more than 10 years with the US Department of Justice, serving as an Assistant US Attorney and later Chief of the Criminal Division for the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware. He also advises on compliance risk management, ABC policies, training, sanctions, public corruption and regulatory enforcement.
