French magistrate, Julien Bétolaud successively held the positions of financial investigating judge, prosecutor and presiding judge in several courts in France and overseas (Paris, Versailles, Nanterre and Pointe à Pitre).

He also headed a European project of international cooperation in the Middle East and North Africa. Now he is in charge of international relations at the French anti-corruption agency.
