Judy heads the Regulation and Trade Controls team for Shell Trading & Supply. She joined trading compliance in 2017 with an initial remit to implement an optimization of the compliance function to include a governance structure, a new target operating model, restructuring the function and eventually leading the Regulation team. She built the new Trade Compliance team for T&S from scratch providing advice to the trading business on areas such as sanctions, customs and import/export regulation. With her team, she has updated the trading policies, procedures and systems to align with the recent developments in the sanctions landscape.

Judy has a legal background and completed her legal studies in France. She started her career at Shell 13 years ago in Contracting & Procurement, managing relationships with suppliers, operators, joint venture partners and regulators. She represented Shell on contract matters in Floating LNG projects.
