Prior to recently joining JPMorgan Chase as the International Consumer Banking MLRO, Jo was the global MLRO at a fintech spanning 47 countries. Before moving into 2LoD in 2020, she held head of audit positions in financial crime, fraud, legal and technology roles, managing teams providing assurance across a number of global regulated financial institutions. Outside of fighting crime, Jo is an enthusiastic mum to four children (and her dog Stormy), with a strong interest in health and wellbeing, qualifying at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2019 as a Nutritional Therapy and completing her Coaching diploma in 2020.
