​Jillian is an Ethics and Compliance leader with over 15 years of experience in business partnering and programme development roles within Rolls-Royce plc. In her current role she is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Rolls-Royce global Human Rights programme. Prior to this, Jillian led on Ethics and Compliance for the Engineering, Technology and Safety function, ensuring the effective implementation and operation of the Ethics and Compliance programme and guiding the business as a trusted advisor on Ethics and Compliance matters. She has extensive experience in policy development and implementation, third party due diligence, risk, controls and assurance, speak up and investigations.

Jillian is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered MCIPD), and has spoken at various forums including the European Compliance and Ethics Institute (ECEI). Earlier in her career, Jillian worked in Human Resources as a specialist in Reward, and as a consultant in Expatriate Tax and Global Share Plans. She has a BA in French and Russian and an MA with Distinction in International Relations.
