Jessica Rule
About
Jessica Rule is Head of the Joint Anti-Corruption Unit at the UK Home Office, where she leads cross-government work to strengthen the UK’s approach to preventing and responding to corruption. In her role she coordinates policy, evidence and operational engagement across departments and with international partners, supports anti-corruption strategy development, and helps drive improvements in transparency, enforcement and asset recovery. Jessica works closely with law enforcement, regulatory bodies and civil society to translate evidence into policy and to ensure the UK’s anti-corruption activity is intelligence-led and impact-focused.
