James is the Head of AML taking over from Laura Oakley. Previously he was Senior Policy Adviser within the UK’s Delegation to the Financial Action Task Force, and also worked as Head of Domestic Anti Money Laundering at HM Treasury, responsible for the Money Laundering Regulations and the UK’s AML/CFT Supervision Regime
