James is a Senior Policy Adviser within the UK’s Delegation to the Financial Action Task Force, and previously worked as Head of Domestic Anti Money Laundering at HM Treasury, responsible for the Money Laundering Regulations and the UK’s AML/CFT Supervision Regime.
