Elizabeth Davies is one of the team leaders in the UK FCDO’s Sanctions Directorate, where her team is responsible for the Global Anti-Corruption and Cyber Sanctions regimes, among others. She previously spent a number of years working on emerging cyber threats policy in the FCDO, and before joining the FCDO in 2019 was a journalist working in foreign news.
