With a distinguished career in Banking Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering, he previously held pivotal roles as Head of Compliance & MLRO at Sygnum Bank, and similar leadership positions at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Dr. Habach is a key contributor to the future of finance and social impact. He is an Advisory Board Member for Cense, a crypto onboarding solution for financial institutions, and NeuroMynds, a global community supporting neurodiverse individuals. His vision has also shaped organizations like Mountain Protocol, the pioneering regulated yield-bearing stablecoin issuer (now part of Anchorage Digital), where he served as a Board Member, and Swiss Digital Development, which innovates in commodity securitization using blockchain for greater compliance.
