Dave Magrath, is Director of Investigation and Enforcement Services (Cleaning up the Companies House Register), at The Insolvency Service where he has worked for over 3 years.

He leads investigation teams who use a range of civil and criminal powers to tackle a range of financial wrongdoing by company directors, corporate entities and insolvency related crime. Dave previously spent 20 years with Immigration Enforcement leading national teams tackling organised immigration crime.
