Danielle has extensive experience in MLRO and Senior Compliance and Risk Based roles spanning industries including trust and corporate service providers, Financial Advisory, General Insurance Business and Banking as well as over five years working in her current role at Flutter.

She joined Flutter in April 2020 and her focus is leading the second line of defence financial crime team managing the AML CFT / PF frameworks and acting as MLRO for multiple licences and brands across North America, Europe, and the UK which has given her significant insight into different regulatory regimes, the application of EU Directives in various countries and the associated challenges which come with these at an operational industry level. 

She has a wealth of experience handling regulatory inspections, as well as managing law enforcement relationships globally and day to day remains responsible for overseeing the AML CFT PF risk framework for the brands and licences within her remit alongside the management and handling of suspicious activity reporting.
