Clare Davies is the Sanctions Compliance Director at Crédit Agricole CIB in London, where she leads work within the Financial Crime and Financial Security teams, focusing on economic sanctions compliance and risk management. She has extensive experience advising on sanctions regulations, conducting investigations, and supporting financial institutions in maintaining robust compliance frameworks. Since joining Crédit Agricole CIB in 2018, she has progressed to Associate Director and now Director, demonstrating strong expertise in financial crime compliance and regulatory oversight.

Prior to this, Clare worked at MUFG, where she held analyst roles in sanctions advisory, sanctions investigations, and regulatory change within the EMEA Compliance Division.
