Charles Duchaine

Charles is a Magistrate. Investigating judge at the TGI of Aurillac, he was detached from 1994 to 1999 in Monaco’s Principality to exercise judicial functions (investigating judge responsible for economic and financial affairs). Investigating judge then vice-president in charge of prosecution, he was in charge of the economic and financial sector of the TGI of Bastia between 1999 and 2004.

He was appointed vice-president responsible for the instruction of the TGI of Marseille, assigned to the Inter regional specialized jurisdiction and especially to the economic and financial cases. He was coordinator of the JIRS statement. Appointed CEO of the AGRASC in 2014, he became inspector general of justice on January 30, 2017 and detached to the Department of Economy and Finance to be the Director of the French Anti-corruption Agency on March 17, 2017. He lectures at the National School of Council during the initial and continuous training courses.
