Ben is a financial crime lawyer, with over 19 years’ experience of regulatory and financial crime compliance advice and investigations. He is currently the Global Head of AB&C at HSBC. He provides advice on Anti-Bribery and Corruption, AML and Sanctions and is responsible for driving change in relation to HSBC’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption systems and controls.
