Anton Brönnimann is Head of the FIU Switzerland (MROS) at the Federal Office of Police (fedpol) since March 2022. Before joining MROS, he held senior positions at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Most recently as Head of Legal in the Insurance Supervision Division and previously as Head of Procedures in the Enforcement Division. Before joining FINMA in 2013, he worked as a litigating and consulting attorney. He studied law at the University of Bern and was admitted to the bar in 2004. He holds an Executive Master of European and International Business Law at the University of St. Gallen (2012) and an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (2017).
