About

Antoine is the Chief of the Software Products for Member States Unit at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, a section that develops a suite of innovative intelligence software deployed at close to a hundred Member States to operationalize UNODC’s mandates in fighting financial and organized crime and controlling illicit drugs. Namely, the goAML application that combats money laundering and terrorist financing, is adopted by close to 70 countries with hundreds of thousands of users in the financial intelligence sector worldwide. Prior to this experience, Antoine has worked in several UN organizations defining programmatic strategy in delivering IT services and has worked in various capacities in Technical Cooperation and Information Technology at the UN and the private market, in Vienna, New York, and Beirut.
