Andrii Vishnevskyi

About

Andrii is the Deputy Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP). He is responsible for the anti-corruption policy, international cooperation and corruption prevention. He has unique experience in the field of state service, justice, and civil society.

Previously, he worked in the positions of Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of State Service, Deputy Minister of Justice, and Chairman of the Board of Transparency International Ukraine.  Since 2017, he has been a national consultant to the Council of Europe, the OSCE and UN Women. He also founded and led the NGO “Advocate of the Future”.

From 2004-2011, he was engaged in state service reform, the result of which was the adoption of the new Law “On State Service”, as well as institutional support for the European integration of Ukraine, in particular, the implementation of Twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA tools in Ukraine.
