Director of Market Strategy for Moody’s Analytics KYC/S business unit, Alex works with stakeholders from all parts of the KYC/AML/AFC ecosystem. He helps stakeholders reflect on the macro-view of the ecosystem and where time and resources should be dedicated to continuously improve the defences of the legitimate economies of the world against the bad actors that seek to corrupt it. Alongside his day-to-day responsibilities running the Market Strategy team Alex also hosts the Moody’s Talks: KYC Decoded podcast, which over the past 12 months has built a loyal following of practitioners and covered topics spanning sanctions, modern slavery, perpetual KYC, cryptocurrency, Ai, entity resolution and investigative journalism amongst many others.
