Marie Mallard is the Head of the Department for Oversight of Economic Operators at the French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA). She oversees controls and assessments of corporate anti-corruption compliance programmes, including those of large companies subject to France’s Sapin II law. Her previous experience includes compliance roles at TotalEnergies and the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR), as well as anti-money laundering compliance at HSBC. Her work focuses on strengthening corporate anti-corruption measures, assessing compliance frameworks, and promoting effective prevention and detection of corruption risks.
