Tim Molcsan-Spidel has been with Binance for over four years and currently serves as Program Manager for the Compliance High Risk Task Force within Special Investigations. His work focuses on AML, compliance, and law enforcement collaboration in the crypto space. Prior to Binance, Tim spent 16 years with the Calgary Police Service in a range of prominent roles, leading the Cyber/Crypto program, driving technology training across the organization, developing expertise in dark web investigations, and running cryptocurrency and undercover operations at the program level.
