GRECO credits Bosnia and Herzegovina with sufficient progress on safeguards for parliamentarians, judges and prosecutors to end enhanced non-compliance monitoring, although nine of its 15 anti-corruption recommendations remain outstanding

The Fourth Interim Compliance Report records six recommendations as implemented satisfactorily, eight as partly implemented and one as not implemented. The assessment covers ethical rules, conflicts of interest, asset and interest declarations, restrictions on outside activities and enforcement arrangements across parliament and the judiciary.
