Jonny Coleman is a UK-based business leader and currently serves as Country Manager (UK) at First AML. He is responsible for leading the company’s UK operations, driving growth, and supporting organisations in navigating complex compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

With a strong background in sales and leadership, Jonny has played a key role in scaling First AML’s presence in the UK, previously holding positions including Global Head of Sales and UK Sales Manager. His work focuses on helping firms transform compliance processes—particularly KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence)—into strategic advantages through technology.

Before joining First AML, he held roles at Experian Asia Pacific and Vine Digital, building expertise in account management, client relationships, and business development across international markets. He is also actively engaged in the risk and compliance community, frequently organising industry events and discussions to support professionals in the field.
