Senior Manager – Financial Crime – Big Four

Financial Crime – Policy & Advisory

Market leading global consultancy focussing on Financial Crime, is looking for Senior Consultants within their Trade Finance advisory, working on complex trade finance assignments, across a diverse range of clients.

We are partnering with one of the Big Four Consultancies, who have grown their Financial Crime coverage significantly over the last 2 years. Sustained growth in the FCC market and the need for quality of guidance has led to the establishment of 3 additional Senior Manager positions at this firm. We are looking to attract high performers from an either an in house Financial Crime role, or those with FCC Consultancy experience keen to move to a best-in-class practice.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing Financial Crime advice and guidance to a range of key financial institutions
  • Your key deliverable is to assist clients with following the Financial Crime regulatory and legislative horizon and translating this to practical application for regional and global operations. Operate as a lead SME on financial crime transformation programs – keeping design and roll out true to effective business application, and instilling global best practice. Further you will be called upon to add bandwidth and leadership on a project basis to different clients.

 

Your work will be varied, as you will engage with different institutions, with different requirements and levels, gaining broad insight across the market and building your own reputation and network as you go.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • You will have deep policy and advisory Financial Crime SME across AML, Sanctions, & Bribery & corruption.
  • Possess demonstrable knowledge of the drivers of regulations & legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, stake holder management with ability to drive and motivate team members
  • Please note that it is expected there will be frequent short term travel. Ie. 30% travel, predominantly day trips, some consecutive days rarely exceeding 3)
