OECD and UNDP use the Tax Inspectors Without Borders Annual Report 2026 to show how hands-on tax audit support is strengthening revenue mobilisation, investigation capacity and international co-operation

The annual report, published on 2 July 2026, reviews TIWB’s 2025 results and activities, including progress on revenue mobilisation, capacity building, institutional resilience, taxpayer compliance and peer-to-peer learning across tax administrations. It also marks the launch of TIWB 2.0, setting out how the initiative is expanding partnerships, adapting to a more complex international tax environment and responding to rising demand for practical support from developing countries.
